Hello and thank you for visiting my website,

I was born in the Midlands but have lived for most of my life in Dorset and Devon. I have been married to Nicky for over 25 years and we have 3 wonderful sons.

Before I became a driving instructor, I have had a very varied working life and have run various businesses. I owned a removal and storage company which involved driving lorries up to 7.5 tonnes which I loved. I also have owned a theatre school for children which fed my creative passions and I enjoyed performing and directing many shows around the country!

My decision to become a driving instructor with LDC was a very easy one. For many years I wanted to become a driving instructor and loved the idea of being able to help people to drive safely of all ages. Along with my experiences of driving vehicles with my removals company, and spending many hours on the roads, I felt this was a good opportunity to pass on my experience.

I am enjoying using the LDC system as it allows for flexibility to allow learners to progress at their pace to drive safely. I am a firm believer in teaching safe driving rather than just teaching someone to pass a test. I guarantee that I will teach you in a calm and friendly manner, so that you feel at ease to learn to drive safely.
